REFUND POLICY

Highland Ranch Storage values transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy explains
when payments may or may not be refunded.

1.RENTAL FEES
All rental fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly rent
  • Partial-month rent
  • Prorated rent
    Once a storage unit is rented or access is granted, no refunds will be issued for unused
    time, early move-outs, or voluntary termination of a rental.

2. RESERVATION FEES
Reservation fees, if applicable, are non-refundable, as they secure unit availability and
remove the unit from the market.

3. ADMINISTRATIVE & SERVICE FEES
Administrative fees, setup fees, lock fees, and other service-related charges are nonrefundable, even if the rental is canceled or terminated.

4. LATE FEES & PENALTIES
Late fees, returned payment fees, lien-related fees, and other penalties assessed in
accordance with the rental agreement and Oklahoma self-storage laws (42 O.S. §91 et
seq.) are non-refundable.

5. OVERPAYMENTS OR BILLING ERRORS
If an overpayment or billing error occurs due to Company error, a refund or account credit
may be issued at the Company’s discretion after verification.

6. EXCEPTIONS
Refunds may be issued only if:

  • Required by Oklahoma law, or
  • Approved in writing by Highland Ranch Storage management

7. PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized
chargebacks may result in account suspension, access restriction, or collections activity.
